About the Role
We’re hiring a Team Lead VA to help lead and support our remote Lead Desk and Ops VAs.
This is a leadership role for someone who is organized, positive, and confident managing people, workflows, and quality. You’ll help keep the team running smoothly, support training, review quality, and help solve issues before they become problems.
You’ll be the go-to support person for day-to-day operations — helping our team succeed while delivering an amazing experience for our clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has VA, admin, operations, or call-handling experience and is ready to step into a leadership role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Support and coach Lead Desk and Ops VAs
- Monitor daily workflow and help manage priorities
- Assist with escalations and special cases
- Review call/message quality and CRM note quality
- Help maintain SLA standards and response-time performance
- Support new hire onboarding and training
- Help update SOPs and process improvements
- Review KPI trends and flag issues early
- Work closely with leadership on team performance and client experience

- Consistent quality across calls, messages, and CRM notes

What We’re Looking For
- U.S.-based
- Previous experience as a VA, coordinator, team lead, office manager, or operations support lead
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Confident problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable reviewing work quality and giving feedback
- Experienced with CRMs, scheduling tools, and remote collaboration tools
- Bonus: home services / painting / construction admin experience

Compensation
- 1099 contract

- $26 - $30 / hr / Pay based on experience, leadership background, and responsibilities
