On the systems side, we conducted platform research and analysis to determine the best tools for scheduling, communication, and client management. We supported her transition from Vagaro to Boulevard, helped set up booking and follow-up services, and assisted with implementing tools for email, phone systems, and virtual appointments to improve overall efficiency.

Today, we provide ongoing executive and administrative support by maintaining her email and phone systems, managing client communication, handling appointment scheduling and rescheduling, and resolving calendar conflicts, keeping her operations running smoothly without constant interruptions.
